                To make it more challenging you can add your arms into your stride, use hand or ankle weights or even try walking on trails or in the woods. Walking to lose weight can be a solo exercise or you can walk with friends. You can listen to music to make the time go by faster or walk in place at home while watching your favorite TV show.
